Trend Alert: Quilted Jackets!

Hello Fashionistas!
Trend Alert! OK, so you all know by now that I am a total shopaholic (hence my haul/new purchase photos on instagram :P) Well... while I was shopping the other day, (specifically looking to buy a new cross-body purse) I saw both ladies & men sporting "quilted jackets" but that's not all, I also saw a ton of quilted jackets in stores specially for their new Spring line launches!

It looks like quilted jackets are going to be a huge trend for this upcoming Spring season... and possibly leading into the Fall! Above is a collage I put together showcasing different kinds of quilted jackets ranging in price. You can see some jackets only have quilted sleeves whereas others are fully quilted, you can choose which style you like better for you personally.

(I actually really want to purchase the Old Navy one shown above. I also wouldn't mind a jacket that just has quilted sleeves as well!)

What do you think about this upcoming trend!? Would you wear a quilted jacket? What do you like better, a fully quilted jacket or a jacket with quilted sleeves only?

Let me know in the comments section below this post, or TWEET ME! :) I hope you enjoyed this post!

I am not a huge fan of this kind of jacket, but if I had to make I choice I would go with Burberry one:).

Aglolga, I guess it's a trend people either love or completely dislike... no in-between. That Burberry one is lovely isn't it? :)

Thanks for reading!

That means I am different... again;). Even though I prefer plain jackets I wouldn't mind wearing it and I think on my mom it looks great. The one from Asos reminds me of horse riding;).
Have a nice day!:)

Yes, you're right the Asos one does look like something you'd wear for horse-back riding. :P

Have you noticed that there are many horse riding inspired clothes now? Leggings like riding breeches, these kind of shoes http://www.ecvv.com/product/2675125.html, and talking about jackets http://uniseason.en.alibaba.com/product/1320221363-219927326/Ladies_quilted_horse_riding_jacket.html :). I used to ride on a horse and it brings such nice memories:).
Greetings!:)

Oh, don't worry, it could have happened to anyone and that's no problem to enter once more;). Today I saw a boy, about 20years old who was wearing this kind of jacket and brown jeans. He looked pretty good:).
