I really enjoy making/eating stir-fry because it's such a nutritious, healthy, and easy meal to make for supper. The great thing about stir-fry is that you can really make it the way you like, by adding a variety of vegetables that you enjoy eating. This is just one example of a stir-fry that you can make, the options are endless. (You can switch out the chicken for shrimp, scallops... etc.) Do you like stir-fry?
