I love to go for a walk in the morning and workout, so after I do all that I like to come home and eat something healthy and nutritious. This has definitely been my "go to" breakfast! I really like it for breakfast:). I don't think I can get marple-brown sugar here, but just brown suger is popular;). I sometimes add some applesauce. You should try oatmeal with banana and black seasame seeds since it's really healthy for your skin and hair:).

Glad you liked it;). It's very healthy, you can read about black sesame seeds on the Internet;). Sometimes I make myself a smoothie with these seeds. I just get some milk (it can be also non-dairy) and blend it with black sesame, honey and banana. You can also add some avocado;). For me it kind of tastes like halvah:).
